homemade canned applesauce

Ingredients
Macintosh Apples and Golden Delicious Apples 75 lbs(peeled and cored and rough sliced/chopped)8 cups to 1 gallon of Water
Directions
place water and cut apples in large stock pot cook down and mash/puree to your liking.
quart canning mason jars with lids and rings
fill up the hot jars with warm applesauce 1 inch to top of mason jar then place lid and ring on and boil in canner for 25 minutes, then cool to room temp!
