Blueberry Almond Flour Muffins (paleo)

Ingredients
1.5 C Almond Flour.75 C Egg Whites.5 C Unsweetened Applesauce.25 C Coconut Palm Sugar1 C frozen blueberries
Directions
Combine all except blueberries. Gently fold blueberries in. Pour into muffin pans (makes 6 muffins)
375 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy or Freeze for later.

These will be very moist, which is a good thing!
