Fifi's smoothie base mix

Ingredients
LSA (Linseed, sunflower & almond, ground)Psyllium huskWhey protein 100%, vanilla flavourMix equal quantities of these ingredients together. Seal tightly and store in the fridge.To serve, select your freggies, spices, and blending liquid. Blend first, then add the smoothie powder.You might like to add:Vanilla or some other essenceStevia/ sugar/honey to sweetenSpices such as nutmeg, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger.Cocoa powder if you want a chocolate shake.
Directions
When making a smoothie, blend together the juice/water/milks/fruits/sweetener /other ingredients first; then add the smoothie mix and blend for about 15 seconds.
The mix will really thicken your smoothie.
I use an immersion blender.
