Ingredients:Ground Pork, 16 oz *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Garlic powder, 1 tbsp *McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning, 1.5 tsp Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash Brown Sugar, .25 cup, unpacked Yellow Mustard, 3 tsp or 1 packet *Ketchup, Heinz, 2 tbsp Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style .25 cupEgg, large, whole, raw - 1Water - 1oz.
Mix pork, red pepper, onion, egg, bread crumbs, chicken seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic in a large bowl.
Mix mustard, ketchup, water and brown sugar in separate bowl.
Spray with cooking spray or grease pan(s) - portioned 6oz between 4 pans.
Cook on 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Pour sweet and tangy sauce on top of meatloaf(s).
Continue to cook on 350 degrees for about 10 minutes longer.
