Thai Basil Chicken

1 lb. Ground Chicken1 can sliced Water chestnuts1 tbsp. Fish Sauce1 tbsp. Hoisin Sauce1 tsp. Brown Sugar1-2 Jalapeno Peppers, sliced and seeded1 bunch of Thai Basil, use just the leaves6 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped2 large Shallots, finely chopped2 tbsp. Sesame Oil2 dashes of Ground White Pepper
Heat the oil and add shallots and garlic. Cook until aromatic and add chicken. Cook until no longer pink and add jalapeno, water chestnuts, fish sauce, hoisin, and brown sugar. Cook for a couple of minutes and add Thai Basil. Just stir a couple of times until basil is wilted and remove from heat. Add 2 dashes of ground white pepper.
