Ingredients
1 apple, red delicious, skin on1 avocado.5 banana, medium1.5 cups kale2 celery stalks2 cups almond milk1 tbsp honey
Directions
Chop all ingredients and whiz up in a good blender. Feel free to pre-freeze banana slices to have an instantly cold smoothie, or refrigerate briefly after making.
