Kelly's Old Fashioned Pancake's

Ingredients
1.5 cups all-purpose flour1.25 cups nonfat or skim milk3.5 tsp. baking powder3tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light1tsp Splenda1 large egg.75 tsp salt
Directions
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and Splenda. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
