Gluten Free Chocolate Donut

1 1/4 cup almond flour1/4 tsp salt1/4 cup cocoa powder1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla extract3 eggs1/4 cup Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil1/4 cup maple syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, salt, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together vanilla extract, eggs, coconut oil, and maple syrup. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until no clumps remain.
Add batter to doughnut pan and bake for 8-10 minutes or until doughnuts bounce back when lightly pressed with your finger.
Top with your favorite glaze!
