Rhubarb Dumplings

Ingredients
1 (12 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits2 cup chopped rhubarb1 cup white sugar1 cup water1/2 cup butter, melted1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Separate biscuits, flatten. Place a generous table spoon of rhubarb in each. Wrap dough around and pinch to seal tightly. Place seem side down in a 9x13 baking dish. In medium bowl stir together sugar, water, butter, and vanilla. Pour over dumplings. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
3. Bake uncovered for 35-40 min.
