Banana zucchini berry muffins

2 riped bananas, mashed1 large zucchini, grated1/4 cup honey1/4 cup egg whites1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil ( can use coconut oil) 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh is best1/2 cup blackberries, fresh is best2 cups old fashioned oats3 tbsp flax seeds1 tbsp cinnamon1 tbsp stevia 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda
In one bowl, mash bananas. Add other wet ingredients.
Grate zucchini. Squeeze out extra liquid. Add to banana mix.
Add dry ingredients into a food processor. Process until a flour like consistency.
Slowly add dry mix to wet mix, slowly.
After combined, fold in berries.
Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean at 300 degrees.
