Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 4 medium, smashedMargarine, soft, 1/3 cup, meltedEgg, fresh, 1 large , beatenGranulated Sugar, 1 cup Baking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, 1 dash Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix the margarine with the bananas. Add sugar and egg, mix. Sprinkle baking soda and salt, mix. Add flour last, mix. Bake 1 hour in greased loaf pan. Remove frem heat and let cool.

Makes 10-12 servings.

    I made another loaf today as the first one turned out so good! I used 1 c. ww flour and 1/2 c. white flour to this recipe. Also, I added a few shakes of cinnamon for good measure. I love the simplicity of the recipe and the fact I could whip up a moist loaf of banana bread in no time at all! - 12/29/07

    These were great. I made them as muffins in a much smaller portion. Great to grab and go on the way to work or as a nice little desert. - 11/12/07
