Poultry and Veggie Pasta

3 oz Chicken Breast (cut in bite sized pieces)4 oz Ground turkey Breast (lean)1 Cup of Sweet Peas1 Cup Green Beans3/4 Cup Chopped Carrots1/4- 1/2 cup of onions and/or peppers to preference1/4 Cup Cream of Mushrooom Soup (Cambell's)1/4 Cup (2 oz) Almond Milk original (Cobourn)1/2 tablespoon Steak Seasoning1/4 cup garlic (minced or 1/2 tsp powdered)1-2 tablespoons dried Parsley1/4 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb
1) Mix together steak seasoning,garlic, and Mr. Dash in a small bowl. and Put off to the side.
2) Place ground turkey in medium skillet to brown on medium fire. Add 3/4 of seasoning blend as well as parsley to turkey while it is cooking down (like prepping meat for hamburger helper) add small portions of water as needed to the bottom of skillet.
3) While meast is is only partially pink, Season chicken with the rest of seasoning bend and add it to the turkey. Let cook
4) While meat is cooking: Mix together the Almond milk and cream of mushroom in small cup and set off a side
5) in a small pot, put pasta to boil (DO NOT put on a HIGH fire) (Medium or medium high is high enough)
6) Add vegetables to meat and adjust fire to cook down all ingredients)Stiring and add little amount os water as needed.
7) When meat is finished, Do not drain the juice out all the way, it is added flavor. Drain the noodles after they are fully cooked. Pour is into the skillet and add the crème sauce. (If more convenient, have separate medium pot to add pasta, meat, veggies, and crème all together: your preference)
8) let cook on extremely low fire for 1 minute being your longest.
9) SERVE and ENJOYS :))
