Baked Red Potatos

8 Red Potatoes1/4 Cup olive oil 1 tbsp of Kosher Salt1 tbsp of Black pepper *You can use 1/8 tsp of Cayenne pepper for a little kick2 tbsp of fresh chopped basil2 cloves of fresh garlic
Preheat oven to 375°
Slice Potatoes into thin wedges or chips
Arrange single layer on non stick baking sheet or a cooking stone
Pat dry any liquid with paper towel
Put all of the oil and seasonings evenly over all the potatoes
Take your hands and rub them all together in the oil, and seasonings, on both sides
Then arrange back into single layer
Bake at 375° for approximately 30 minutes then take spatula and flip
Then continue baking another 30 minutes until brown and crispy.
If they are not brown you can turn on broil for a few minutes until browned
