Ingredients
Zucchini, 2 1/4 cup, sliced into 1/4" slicesParmesan Cheese, grated, 1/4 cup **Lawry's Seasoned Salt, 1/4 tsp Garlic powder, 1/4 tbsp Pepper, black, 1/8 tsp Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1/8 cup *(Great Value) 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray, 1 serving
Directions
Mix the cheese, seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper together. Dip the zucchini into the milk, then the seasoning, and place on a wire rack that is sprayed with the cooking spray. The wire rack should be on a cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
