4 eggs1/4 tsp. salt2 c. flour2 1/4 c. milk1/4 c. melted butter
In medium mixer bowl,combine eggs and salt. Gradually add flour alternately with milk, beating with an eletric mixer or wisk, until smooth.Beat in melted butter. Refrigerate batter at least 1 hour .Cook on upside-down crepe griddle or traditional pan.
