1/3 c. dry oatmeal1/4 c. bob's redmill soy tvp1 small banana(80grams), chopped1 T. peanut butter1 1/2 tsp honeydash of salt and cinnamon
Mix oatmeal, soy, salt and cinnamon in a microwave safe bowl. Add enough water to cover everything. Microwave on high for 3-4 min(depending on your microwave). It will bubble and boil up... so watch so it doesn't overflow. Stir in peanut butter, honey and the chopped banana. serves 1.
