Vegetable Pulao

Ingredients
Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 1 1/3 cupGreat Value Deluxe Frozen Vegetable mix, 1.25 cup Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)Ginger Root, 1 tspGarlic, 1 tspYogurt, plain, low fat, 1 2/3 cup (8 fl oz)*Shan Biriyani Masala Spice Mix, 1 tbspSalt, 1 tspGranulated Sugar, 1 tsp
Directions
Wash the rice and keep aside.
Put 2 cups of water to boil.
Heat the butter and oil in a pressure, add the onion slices, ginger and garlic and stir for some time.
Then add the mixed vegetables and mix well.
Finally, add the rice, curds, biryani masala, sugar, 2 cups of hot water and salt and pressure cook for 1 whistle. Allow the steam to escape before opening.
