Quick Skillet Black Bean Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground white turkey1 can black beans- drained1 can corn- drained1 can rotel tomatos1 pkg 2-alarm chili kit 1.5 cup white rice-uncooked6 oz 2% shredded cheddar cheese2 cup water
Directions
Cook rice seperately in pan. Brown turkey meat in skillet. Add all ingredients except rice and cheese. Simmer for 20 minutes. (if you have time to simmer longer, thats great. But 20 min is sufficient.) Serve over 1/2 cup white rice and sprinkle with 1 oz shredded cheddar cheese. Makes 6 -1 cup servings.
