2 large eggs4 oz. low-fat cream cheese2 tsp. Splenda (add more or less to taste)2 tsp. cinnamon (add more or less to taste)1 tbsp. unsalted butter4 tbsp. light whipped cream
Mix eggs, softened cream cheese, Splenda & cinnamon in a blender on high for two minutes or until smooth.
Melt butter in a small, skillet.
Pour half of egg mixture into skillet.
Flip when edges start to bubble.
Cook for two minutes or when french toast is firm.
Pour remaining egg mixture into skillet & repeat cooking instruction.
Serve with whipped cream.
Serving Size: Makes 2 faux french toast slices
