2 cans 15 oz. pumpkin4 lg. eggs1/2 C. vanilla lowfat no sugar soy milk1/4 C. Splenda or 40 tsp.1 Tblsp. Cinnamon
Makes 8 servings from a 1 quart glass baking dish.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min.
Bake 350 degrees for 40 min.
Stick toothpick in to test.
Ready when toothpick comes out clean
