Leangirl's Hawaiian Chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts - boneless, skinlesssalt, pepper, paprika to taste1 tablespoon olive oilSauce Ingredients:1 medium onion - chopped.25 cup brown sugar1/2 can pineapple chunks1/4 cup apple cider vinegar1/4 cup raisins1 Tablespoon ginger1/2 cup chicken broth1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1 teaspoon tumeric1 Tablespoon arrowroot (thickener)
Directions
Brown chicken in olive oil on both sides for 3-4 minutes. Then pour in chicken broth and a little water if needed, and saute until done.

In separate large sauce pan combine: onion, brown sugar, pineapple chunks, apple cider vinegar, raisins, ginger, cinnamon, tumeric and stevia packets. Heat & stir. Combine arrowroot and 1/2 cup water and stir until blended. Pour into the saucepan and heat for about 5 minutes until whole mixture is thickened. If needed you can add some additional water.

When chicken is cooked and tender, serve onto plate and pour sauce mixture over top.
