Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
2 lb boneless chicken thighs2 jars chicken gravy (1.25 cups each)2.5 stalks celery (chopped)2 cups frozen veggies3 tbsp dried onionspices to taste (bay leaves, thyme, sage, black and white pepper, paprika, garlic, etc)
Directions
Spray slow cooker with Pam
Cube chicken thighs and place in slow cooker.
Pour gravy over chicken.
Top with celery, instant onion, spices, and mixed vegetables.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
