Homemade Mayonnaise

Ingredients
1 cup of vegetable oil1 large egg1 Tbsp vinegar1 Tbsp lemon juicesalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Pulse egg, vinegar and lemon juice in food processor. Turn on food processor and very slowly drizzle in one cup of vegetable oil. Pulse in salt & pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 1.5 cup of mayo (24 Tablespoons)
