croissant with ham & provolone

Ingredients
1 croissant, split horizontallybutter (1 tsp or less), softened1 tsp honey mustard1 slice ultra thin provolone2 slices deli ham (turkey can be substituted)1/6 of an avocado, peeled and sliced thinly
Directions
spread VERY thin layer of softened butter over croissant halves and toast under broiler until browned. remove from oven, but leave broiler on to retain heat.

spread honey mustard over bottom half. then layer on cheese & ham. replace top. place back into oven and turn broiler off. let sit in warm oven approx 7 min. once warmed, remove and add sliced avocado.
