Frozen Cream Cheese & Yogurt Pie

1 9" graham cracker pie crust, baked 15 minutes, or prepared according to package directionsFILLING:1 cup low-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature2/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt1/4 cup nonfat milk powder (just the powder!)1/2 cup honey2 teaspoons vanilla extract (or to taste)
1. Use a wire whisk or electric mixer to beat together the cream cheese and yogurt.
2. Add in the milk powder a little at a time, and beat until smooth.
3. Add honey and vanilla extract, and beat until smooth and all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
4. Pour filling into pie crust, and smooth out with a knife or spatula.
5. Place in freezer until pie is firm (My guess is about 3 hours or so).
6. Top with fruit of your choice when you serve.
