Pork Sirloin RoastIndian-inspired spices (1-2 tsps each of allspice, cinnamon, close, coriander, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, paprika, red pepper, white pepper, black pepper)2 TBSP olive oil2 cups beef broth2 celery stalks1/2 onion, sliced
Assemble spices in small plastic container, cover with a lid and shake to mix. Coat roast lightly in olive oil. Rub spices into pork.
Slice celery and onion. Place in crock pot with beef broth and olive oil.
Place pork roast in crock pot.
Slow cook on high for 3 hours, then reduce heat to low and continue cooking for 2-4 hours.
