COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CHOCOLATE CHIPS IN FOOD PROCEES. PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH, SCRAPING SIDES OFTEN. ADD CHIPS. PULSE ONCE OR TWICE. THE MIXTURE WILL BE VERY STICKY. FORM INTO 20 BALLS (TBS SIZE). PLACE ON PARCHMENT PAPER. BAKE 10 MIS.
