1 pound lean ground beef1 cup onion1 cup Tomato Sauce14 oz chicken broth2 cups Minute rice1 can Rotel Tomatos1 T sugarsalt and pepper to taste1 tsp galic powder
brown meat and onion drain any fat then add all other ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Top with grated cheddar if you want.
