Ingredients
Spinach, fresh, .5 package (10 oz)Olive Oil, 1 tbspButter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)Salt, 1 dashPepper, black, 1 tsp*Lawrey's seasoned salt, 0.25 tspGarlic, 1 tsp
Directions
In large skillet take oil and butter begin to melt butter for flavor oil to keep butter from burning.
Add garlic over med hi heat let sizzle for about a minute while stirring. Add raw spinish mixing constantly til it withers add seasoning and its done with in moments. Do this dish just as rest of meal if finished.
