1 cup skim milk1/4 cup water1/4 cup canned pumpkindash ground cinnamondash ground cloves3 tbsp. uncooked Cream of Wheat I also add a tbsp. of honey if I have it. If I don't, I use Splenda. Whatever sweetner you decide to use, don't forget to add it to your food diary. Only the ingredients listed above are figured into the nutritional values!
Bring milk, water, pumpkin, spices and sweetner of choice to a boil in small saucepan. Add cereal and continue to cook over low heat for 2 1/2 minutes.
