Cabbage, Green Bean, and Chicken Pot

cabbage, beans, chicken, cream of mushroom soup
Place 8 quart pot on stove with two cups of water with oil ( I prefer oil that has flavor in it from a previous cooking such as fried chicken). Place on med-high heat. Add cabbage, beans, and seasonings to taste. As water heats up dice up the chicken to preferred eating size. Place directly on top of cabbage and beans. Cover with a lid. When pot comes to a boil turn heat all the way down to low. Let cook 30-40mins. Stir and then raise temp to med high again. When it come to a boil, add the cream of mushroom soup and stir. Replace lid and return heat again to low. Let cook for another 10 mins. This can be served over rice or eaten as a stew. You can also add chunked potatoes to this pot dinner too.
