Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long) Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped ( Garlic, 1 tsp Parsley, dried, .5 tbsp
Remove outer layers of husk for 1 ear of corn. Grill until tender. 10-12 minutes or so, turning a quarter turn every 2-3 minutes. While the corn is on the grill, dice tomato into quarter inch cubes. Place tomato in bowl add finely chopped onion, and garlic, and parsley. Remove the kernels of corn from the cob add to the tomato mixture.
