1/4 t. Ground ginger14 oz. skinless boneless chicken thighs cut in pieces1 bunch asparagus, woody base removed2 green onions, sliced8 fresh mushrooms, slicedPinch salt
Spray pan with pan and sprinkle in ginger. Add chicken stir constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Add asparagus to pan stir fry for 2 minutes. Add onions and mushrooms stir constantly for 1 to 2 minutes. Return chicken to pan. Add salt. Coo a further 3 min.
