Apple Pie Pancakes

Ingredients
0.75 cups flour0.25 cups rolled oak flakes0.5 tsp cinnamon2 tsp baking powder0.25 tsp salt1 cup light coconut milk0.5 large apple diced
Directions
-In a medium bowl stir together the flour, oats, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.

-Add the coconut milk and apples and stir together gently til 'just mixed'

-Place onto a lightly oiled non stick frying pan and cover.

-Let sit on a medium heat until the center starts to bubble and becomes sturdy.

-Flip and cook other side til golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 4 small or 2 large pancakes
