Low Fat Feta CheeseLow Fat Mozzarella cheeseLow fat or Whipped Cream cheeseFresh SpinachFresh KaleFresh Scallionsfresh Red PeppersCanned Artichoke hearts in water (drained)6 whole eggs4 egg whitesWaterSalt and Pepper
Directions
Bake 350 for 18-22 minutes. I bake in a cupcake pan to make individual servings. Spray pan with Pam spray (I use butter flavor)
