1-61/2 inch whole wheat pita bread-split into two roundsOne half of a 6 ounce can of tomato pasteTwo ounces part skim mozzerell cheese- grated and divided1 tablespoon olive oil1 teaspoon dried oregano1 teaspoon dried parsley1 teaspoon garlic powder
Divide the pita bread into two rounds. Spread half of the tomato paste onto each round. Sprinkle each round with half ot the three spices. Sprinkle each of the pizzas with an ounce of the grated mozzerella cheese. Drizzle a half teaspoon of olive oil onto each pizza. Place on a baking sheet in a preheated 450 degree oven until the cheese melts {about 10 minutes). Serves two-one pizza round each.
