Berries and Oats Pancakes

Ingredients
2 Medium Eggs1 cup Trim Milk (lowfat)1/2 cup Rolled Oats100g Diet Citrus Yoghurt2 Tbsp LSA (Ground Linseed, Sunflower and Almond)1 cup Plain Flour1 tsp Baking Powder4 tsp Sugar3/4 cup Frozen Berries
Directions
Beat eggs, milk and yoghurt together. Mix in Dry ingredients. Fold in Frozen berries. Heat Nonstick Frying Pan on a Medium/Low heat. Pour batter in. When bubbles appear and some pop carefully turn over. Serve with yoghurt and berries
