Seafood Lo Mein

Ingredients
Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta), 2 cupCrab Delights-Louis Kemp (1 serving=3 legs), 1 servingCelery, raw, 1 strip (4" long) Carrots, raw, .3 cup, grated Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced Scrambled Egg, 1 large Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp Soy Sauce, 1-2 tspGround ginger, 2-3 dashesGarlic powder, 3 dashesRed pepper flakes, 1 dashSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Saute carrots, onions, and celery on a medium high heat with all seasonings in the sesame oil. Once all veggies are softened, scramble the egg, making sure to break the egg into small bits. As the egg is cooking, add the soy sauce. Add the cooked pasta and saute You may add the additional soy sauce.

Serving Size: makes two servings - just split in half
