2 tablespoons coconut oil1 lb grass fed beef / stew meat1 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground pepper3/4 chopped onion3 cloves garlic, chopped2 tbs tomato paste2 tbs worcestershire sauce2 cups cauliflower1 lb mushrooms2 cups water4 customer organic beef broth1 tbs thyme

cook beef (with salt and pepper) in coconut oil to brown - 7-9 minutes - in large stock pot. remove meat and saute onion, garlic and thyme in juices.
