Poached Egg on Wheat Toast

Ingredients
1 Large Egg1-2 slices wheat toast
Directions
Fill small pot half way with water
add salt
bring to a light roll
add a few splashes of vinegar
stir waiter to get a slight circular motion
let water slow down
drop egg into water
wait 1-2 minutes until egg begins to float
with a slotted spoon flip egg
put bread in toaster while egg cooks for another 1-2 minutes
use slotted spoon to lift egg from water
place on buttered or oliv oil sprayed toast
