Ingredients
oniondiced tomatocarrotspotatoescorn (on cob or can)butter beansblack eye peas with snapschicken brothseasoning saltpeppermagerine or buttertomatoe juice
Directions
saltee a small onion in 2 tablespoons of magerine, add all vegetables, 2 cans of chicken broth (small), 1 large can of tomatoe juice, and add 2 cups of water. Salt & pepper to taste.
