Stubbs Honey Pecan Green Onion Chicken

A few chicken breasts- boneless, skinlessGreen onions- choppedStubb's Honey Pecan BBQ Sauce- Gluten free and so good!Kidney beans- 1 can drained and rinsedMozzarella cheese- part skim, low-moisture2 Cloves of garlic- if desired (but who doesn't love garlic!)
Lightly grease bottom of 9x9' casserole dish
Lay chicken (thawed if frozen but fresh tastes better)
breasts in casserole dish. Drain and rinse the kidney beans and throw in with chicken.
Add garlic. Add Bbq sauce and coat evenly.
Add as much or as little as you desire.
Throw in the oven @ 325-335 for 30-35 minutes.
Take out. Add a pinch of mozzarella, and chopped green onions. Voila.
It's delicious and filling.
Serving Size: Makes 3-5 "1-bowl" servings
