Sesame Noodles with beans and TVP

Ingredients
5ml (teaspn) Soy Sauce5ml (teaspn) Toasted Sesame Oil20g (tablespoon) Peanut butter (reduced fat)20g (tablespn) SatayPeanut Sauce40g (2xtablespn) Tahinia8floz (1 cup) water35g TVP (Soy Mince)150g Thick ready to wok noodles80g drained Chick peas70g drained Pinto beans120g Sliced mushrooms
Directions
heat up the oil in a frying pan or wok, add the soy sauce, Tahinia, Peanut butter, satay peanut sauce and water, bring to boil mixing all the time, add the mince, mushrooms and noodles, cook for about 10 mins. Serve hot

This is for 1 person - full meal. it is high calorifically. Can be shared between 2 if less of main meal
