375g zucchini3 rashes bacon1 grated onion1cup grated cheese1cup self-raising flour1/4 cup vegetable oil1/2cup milk5 beaten eggs
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour into a 30cmX20cm casserole dish (smaller if you like a higher slice). and bake for 30 - 40 mins or until golden brown and cooked through.

Almost identical ingredientsto my zucchini slice recipe, other than wholewheat plain flour and 2 tsp. of baking powder (not baking soda, baking POWDER - been caught on that myself, lol).
I love it either hot, warm cold, or made into fritters by dropping tablespoons of mixture onto hotplate. - 4/1/11
