Carrot Salad

Ingredients
8 med carrots1 Spanish onion1 gr pepper1 can tomato soup2 tbsp. ketchup1/2 c sugar1/2 c vinegar1/2 c olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook carrots for 8 minutes and drain. Slice onion slices into rings, slice gr pepper in slices. In bowl stir together sugar, vinegar, oil and seasoning add carrots, onion and gr pepper. Cover and regrigerate for several hours or overnight
