Bacon Cheeseburger Pie

1lb ground beef2tsp onion powder1tbsp dry mined onion2 whole eggs1/2 cup mayo1/4 cup heavy cream8oz shredded cheddar cheese4 slices bacon
Brown ground beef on medium low with 1tsp onion powder and 1tbsp minced onion.
Drain fat, season to taste with salt & pepper.
Place meat in greased 10" pie plate.
Cook bacon to taste then mince into dime-sized portions.
Stir 4oz shredded cheese with bacon and ground beef.
Top with 4oz shredded cheese.
Whisk mayo, eggs and cream with a dash of pepper.
Pour evenly over meat.
Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
