Ingredients
1/2 tsp. salt3/4 tsp. ground ginger3 small boneless,skineless chicken breast1 Tbsp. minced peeled fresh ginger3 Tbsp. honey1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice1 Tbsp lite, low sodium soy saucecooking spray
Directions
* Preheat Broiler
* combine salt and ground ginger in a small bowl; rub chicken with mixture.
* Combine minced ginger, honey, lemon juice, and soy sauce in a small bowl with a whisk.
* Place chicken on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil for 5 minutes; turn. Baste with honey mixture. Broil for 3 minutes; turn. Baste with remaining honey mixture. Broil for 4 minutes or until chicken is done.
