Sticks Potato and Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.33 cup, chopped Yukon Gold Potato - Diced into 32nds Sprouts Medium Firm Tofu, 85 gram(s) Mushroom - 2 large white mushrooms, cut into 8ths Scallions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Roland Basalmic Glaze, 1.5 tbsp Mrs Dash Original Blend Seasoning, 0.5 tsp Black Pepper - to taste 2 tablespoons of water 1 cup rice - cook first
Directions
Start cooking the rice first.
Then chop everything else up and put it in a pan - grease it with whatever you want. I use Olive Oil spread thin with a paper towel.
Cook it all up in a stir fry and eat!
