Ingredients
.25 C dried mung beans.25 Cup Brown rice.13 Cup Quinoa10 trimmed and cleaned green beans.5 C chopped zuchinni.25 C chopped onionslite soy sauceoyster saucegarlic powdersesame oil
Directions
place dry ingredients in pot, bring to boil. Add veggies and then simmer for 45 minutes. Add sauces last.
