1 lb lean gorund beef1/2 c chopped onions1 tbsp chopped celery1 tsp minced garlic1 tbsp light olive oil4 Reduced Fat Triscuits1 egg1/2 tsp Mrs Dash
Pre-heat oven to 350
Saute the onion, celery & minced garlic in 1 tbsp of olive oil until the onions become translucent. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Crumble the tricuits until they're fine.
In a mixing bowl, beat the egg until smooth, add triscuits, Mrs. Dash, ground beef and the sauteed onions, celery and garlic.
Mix together, and then form a loaf.
Cook in loaf pan for 45-50 minutes
